MARSH HAVEN NATURE CENTER is on the north end of the Horicon Marsh, three miles east of Waupun, Wisconsin.  Founded in 1984, our non-profit, volunteer-supported center offers visitors an opportunity to learn more about the history and wildlife of the Horicon Marsh area. Hike the trails, learn about nature at one of the education programs, join us for special weekend events, or bring a group for camping. Educational Programs

Learning opportunities are offered for all ages about nature, wildlife, and local history.

Become A Member

Membership has many benefits, including free nature center admission and gift shop discounts.

Marsh Haven Nature Center is open for the 2023 season. Trails are open daily 10am to 4pm. Nature Center is open Thursdays & Fridays 12 to 4pm and Weekends 10am to 4pm. Weekends only in November & December. Grounds and gates close at 4pm.

LOCATION AND HOURS

Marsh Haven is located on the north end of the famous Horicon Marsh, three miles east of Waupun, Wisconsin on Hwy 49.

We open for the season in mid-April, and close in mid-December. During this time, our hours are:

Thursdays & Fridays: 12pm–4pm
Weekends: 10am–4pm
Weekends only: November & December
